Strength & Power
Build muscle, strength and power. This class utilises body weight exercise and resistance training to improve your athletic ability, tone and define your physique, build muscle size and strength. We all want to look better naked and be able to throw our weight around.
Build your engine (cardiovascular endurance) with this high intensity class built around Running, Rowing, Skiing and Biking with compound and body weight training. Move freely and efficiently to improve your work capacity, burn calories and sweat. A functional work based class that will build your strength and stamina.
This session is for new mums and is focused on postnatal fitness, strengthening and reconditioning. Build your core and pelvic floor, tone your legs, bum and tum. Lets get you feeling like you can take on the world, welcome to Mutha Hood.
Strength & Conditioning
The ultimate combination of pure strength and power with a work capacity focus to push every element of your fitness to the limits. Learn to move well with efficiency and grace through calisthenics to barbell, kettlebells and medicine balls. This class is an all rounder set to test your mind and body.

*Monthly plans can be paid on a monthly Direct Debit, it's contract free so can be cancelled at any time you wish.
New starters are advised to complete a fundamentals course of two private one to one sessions to introduce our exercise practices and establish training standards. This helps to teach new starters the correct exercise form and learn about the training style we use in the strength and conditioning sessions. You can complete these sessions as part of a pair or as an individual at a reduced rate of £60.00. Please get in touch though our contact form to discuss these individual sessions.
