*Monthly plans can be paid on a monthly Direct Debit, it's contract free so can be cancelled at any time you wish.


New starters are advised to complete a fundamentals course of two private one to one sessions to introduce our exercise practices and establish training standards. This helps to teach new starters the correct exercise form and learn about the training style we use in the strength and conditioning sessions. You can complete these sessions as part of a pair or as an individual at a reduced rate of £60.00.
